Ladies Night Paddle - Falls Lake

Saturday, September 4th, 2021 - 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Location - Falls Lake Provincial Park, Falls Lake, Vaughan

Meeting place - Launch site at the entrance of Falls Lake Provincial Park.  There isn't a designated parking location at the launch site. It is recommended to unload your boat at the launch site, then find a place to park within the small picnic park. 

The plan is a leisurely paddle along Falls Lake. The paddle will be led by Stephanie Wells. Before getting on the water, Stephanie will guide you through 10 minutes of gentle stretching for hips and lower back, then 5 minutes of guided meditation before launching. Please bring water and, if you'd like, something to snack on. If you have any questions, please email at kayak@ckns.ca
